2. Operating the Machine

Material Feeding – Carefully feed the metal strip into the rollers, ensuring proper alignment to prevent deformation.

Parameter Setup – Use the control panel to enter the required fence panel dimensions, hole placement, and cutting lengths. Verify settings before starting.

Roll Forming Process – Press Start, and the machine will gradually shape the material into the desired fence panel profile. Monitor the alignment and adjust if needed.

Punching & Cutting – The hydraulic punching system creates mounting holes, and the automatic cutter ensures clean, precise cuts according to the programmed length.

3. Post-Production & Maintenance

Quality Inspection – Check the finished fence panels for correct dimensions, hole placement, and smooth edges.

Shutting Down – Turn off the machine, disconnect power, and clean any metal debris from the rollers and cutting area.

Routine Maintenance – Lubricate moving parts, inspect rollers and cutting blades for wear, and ensure all hydraulic and electrical systems are functioning correctly.
