Material Preparation – Load the steel coil (galvanized steel, pre-painted steel, or aluminum) onto the decoiler. Adjust the guiding system to ensure smooth and centered material feeding into both layers.

2. Step-by-Step Operation

Feeding the Material – Feed the steel strip into the entry rollers carefully, ensuring proper alignment to avoid misformation. The machine will process the material for both roofing layers.

Setting the Parameters – Use the control panel to input the desired profile, length, thickness, and layer-specific settings for the roof tiles. Double-check that both layers are configured correctly before starting.

Initiating Roll Forming – Press Start, allowing the machine to form both layers simultaneously. The rollers will progressively shape the metal into two different profiles (if applicable) for the roof tiles. Monitor alignment and adjust if necessary.

Cutting Process – The hydraulic or mechanical cutting system will automatically cut the tiles to the programmed length after both layers are formed. Ensure all cuts are precise and clean.

3. Post-Production: Finishing & Maintenance

Quality Check – Inspect the finished double-layer tiles for dimensional accuracy, uniformity, smooth edges, and proper profile formation. Verify that both layers are consistent and properly formed.

Shutting Down – Turn off the machine, disconnect power, and clean the working area, removing any metal shavings or debris from the rollers and machine components.

Regular Maintenance – Lubricate the rollers and check the cutting blades for wear. Inspect electrical connections and the hydraulic system to maintain optimal machine performance
