Detail

1. Pre-Operation Setup

Machine Inspection – Check all components, including rollers, cutting system, hydraulic components, and electrical wiring. Ensure they are secure, aligned, and in good condition.

Power & Safety Check – Connect the machine to the appropriate power source. Test the emergency stop button and verify that all safety guards are properly in place.

Material Loading – Load the steel coil (galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum) onto the decoiler. Adjust the feeding guides to ensure smooth and aligned entry into the forming section.

2. Operating the Machine

Material Feeding – Guide the metal strip into the rollers, making sure it is aligned properly to prevent misformation.

Parameter Setup – Use the control panel to enter the required door frame dimensions, punching locations, and cutting lengths. Double-check settings before starting.

Roll Forming Process – Press Start, and the rollers will shape the metal into the door frame profile. Monitor the material flow to ensure smooth operation.

Punching & Cutting – The automated punching system creates holes for hinges, locks, and screws as per the programmed design. The hydraulic cutter then cuts the frames to the specified length.

3. Post-Production & Maintenance

Quality Inspection – Check the finished door frames for dimensional accuracy, hole placement, and smooth edges. Ensure there are no distortions or defects.

Shutting Down – Turn off the machine, disconnect the power, and clean the forming and cutting sections to remove debris.

Routine Maintenance – Lubricate the rollers, check for wear on the cutting blades, and inspect hydraulic and electrical systems for proper functioning.

4. Routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Daily Maintenance

✅ Inspect rollers and feeding guides for alignment and wear.

✅ Clean the punching and cutting areas of any debris.

✅ Lubricate all moving components to reduce friction and ensure smooth operation.

Weekly Maintenance

✅ Tighten any loose bolts and screws.

✅ Inspect hydraulic and electrical systems for leaks or faults.

✅ Check and lubricate all moving parts to ensure smooth functionality.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Misaligned Door Frames? Check the roller settings and material feeding guides. Adjust for proper alignment.

Inaccurate Hole Punching? Verify the punching die alignment and ensure the material is correctly positioned.

Uneven Cuts? Inspect the cutting blade for sharpness. Sharpen or replace the blade as needed.

Machine Jamming? Inspect the material for twists or misfeeds and clear any blockages.

By following these application instructions, you can ensure that the Door Frame Roll Forming Machine operates efficiently and produces high-quality, accurately formed door frames. Regular maintenance and monitoring will extend the machine's lifespan and improve production consistency.
