1. Setup & Preparation

Machine Inspection – Check the rollers, cutting blades, punching system, and electrical connections. Ensure all components are aligned and securely fastened.

Power & Safety Check – Connect the machine to the correct power supply and verify that emergency stop buttons and safety features are functional.

Material Loading – Place the steel coil (galvanized, mild steel, or stainless steel) onto the decoiler. Adjust the feeding guides to ensure smooth and centered entry.

2. Operation Process

Material Feeding – Carefully guide the steel strip into the rollers, ensuring proper alignment to prevent defects.

Parameter Setup – Use the control panel to set the required purlin type (C or Z), dimensions (width, height, thickness), and punching hole positions if needed.

Automatic Profile Change (C to Z) – Adjust the machine settings to switch between C and Z profiles without changing rollers.

Roll Forming Process – Press Start, and the rollers will gradually form the steel into the selected purlin profile. Monitor the alignment and adjust settings if necessary.

Cutting & Punching – The hydraulic or mechanical cutter automatically cuts the purlins to the programmed length, while the punching system creates the required mounting holes.

3. Post-Operation & Maintenance

Quality Inspection – Check the finished purlins for accuracy in dimensions, smooth edges, and correct punching hole placement.

Proper Shutdown – Turn off the machine, disconnect power, and clean any metal debris from the rollers and cutting area.

Routine Maintenance – Lubricate moving parts, inspect rollers and cutting blades for wear, and check electrical systems regularly to ensure consistent performance.
